Refund & Return Policy

At Imported Samaan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please read the following terms to understand how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@importedsamaan.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund within 7 days, minus a 25% restocking fee.
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • If the item is not in its original condition
  • If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • If the return is initiated after the 7-day period

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@importedsamaan.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@importedsamaan.com.
